READINESS-TO-SERVE CHARGE

Commercial and Industrial Water Usage Rate: All usage @ $4.12/1,000 gallons

Separate Irrigation and Sprinkler Meter Usage Rate:

First 12,000 gallons. @ $5.15/1,000 gallons (July through October Billings)

Over 12,000 gallosn @ $6.18/1,000 gallons (July through October Billings)

(November through June Billings: All usage @ $4.12/1,000 gallons)

MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY Service to more than one customer through one meter under a single billing will be allowed. However, the readiness-to-serve charge will be multiplied by the number of units physically served and added to the water usage charge. The customer shall receive only one bill for the multiple occupancies.

PRIVATE FIRE PROTECTION RATES Private Fire Protection Systems (sprinkler systems): Readiness-to-serve charge @ $2.87 per month per inch of diameter of the main fire service line into the property.

Private Fire Hydrants: Charge per hydrant @ $9.65 per month ($115.80 per year)
